Today during second period, all the exchange students were called to the principal‘s office to try on different sizes of letter jackets.

This is a letter jacket that looks similar to the one Wylie High School has. In the movies you can mostly see footballers walking around in those jackets. Here they show school pride and students wear them like jewllery.

Students that want a jacket like that, usually have to get a certain amount of credit for it and either be really good at school or a sport. But since we are exchange students, we just get them for free. Or how our principal says; to show them off to our friends. We can also get patches sewed on that show a sport or another extra curricular activity. I want my name on the back of the jacket and a debate patch. Maybe a Texan flag as well.

After returning to my French class, I got called to the counselor‘s office to talk about my school schedule, since I let them know yesterday, that I‘m not happy in AP US History. They could change the AP class to a regular history class immediately, so I went directly to the new class. The teacher for the regular class is a lot nicer and we actually talk about the reasons behind certain historic events. I like this class a lot better than the other one.

At lunch I went across the street to Subway with Sophie and Konstantin, the two German exchange students. The sandwich was pretty great, but the lemonade certainly wasn‘t………

The other classes went quite normal, so there‘s not much to tell about it. After school I went home and chilled most of the time. For dinner we ordered pizza and watched friends on the couch at the same time.
